Returns Policy

Returns 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached if applicable and original packaging.

Please note that all jewellery and items to the value of $20 and under and items on sale are not included in our Returns Policy unless they are faulty.

Shipping costs for a returned item are to be paid by the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to track return parcels.

Ruby Dreams does not take responsibility for missing return parcels.

Please note refunds are on goods only, not shipping costs.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.

When returning an item please email - janess@rubydreams.com.au and details will be provided.

If you have received an item that appears to be faulty or damaged please email us within 2 days of receiving your items with photos of the fault so that we can resolve this issue.

If you need to exchange your item for another size or style, please note that you will be charged for postage of the replacement item.
